The period when the mother and the little being growing in her belly are inseparably connected will continue after birth as well. Preserve the memory of this time with professional photographs that will later surely delight your little one, too. Maternity photography can take place in a photo studio or outdoors.

OUTDOOR OR STUDIO MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY
Maternity photography takes place in a photo studio or outdoors in Domžale. In the studio, you can choose between different backgrounds (white, grey, or black). Outdoor photography takes place in all seasons, in dry weather. The session is held in a relaxed atmosphere. In my work, I aim to be unobtrusive and provide simple guidance for posing in front of the camera. We create spontaneous portraits of the mom-to-be and belly details. Your partner and an older sibling of the future family member can also join the session. You can also bring props (an ultrasound photo, baby booties, clothing...), which will further enrich the photos. My wish is for the photoshoot to be a pleasant experience for you and for the photographs to become a beautiful memory. Feeling confident and comfortable has a big impact on how relaxed you are in front of the camera. In the studio, I have a few maternity dresses available. Tips on what to wear for a maternity session can be found in the FAQ section below. For the finishing touch, makeup and hairstyling are also available. Treat yourself to the care of professional makeup artist Urška Grošelj, who will ensure your flawless look. Available by prior arrangement.

The 15-photo package offers the option to change the backdrop and change outfits (up to 3 looks).

The 15-photo package also offers the option to shoot at a location outside Domžale (with an additional travel cost of 0.43 eur/km) and outfit changes (up to 3 looks).
TIMELINE - BELLY, NEWBORN, TODDLER
Expecting a newborn is an opportunity to create an invaluable memory. A photo timeline of the pregnancy, with a newborn, and with your child at 1 year of age — all in one package. Your partner and children can also join the photoshoot. The session takes place in a photo studio, always on the same set. In total, you receive 15 professionally edited photos in digital format.

FAQ
1. When during pregnancy do you recommend a photoshoot?
A maternity photoshoot is best done in the third trimester, ideally between weeks 28 and 36, when the belly is nicely visible. I recommend that you contact me in advance so we can arrange a date that suits you best.
2. Where does the maternity photoshoot take place?
Outdoor maternity sessions take place in Domžale, in all seasons, in dry weather. With the 15-photo package, it is also possible (with an additional travel cost) to photograph at a location of your choice (Ljubljana, Gorenjska, Primorska, Štajerska...). Studio sessions take place at Preloška cesta 3, 1230 Domžale.
3. What should I wear for a maternity photoshoot?
In the studio, I have a few summer maternity dresses available. In general, for maternity photography I recommend clothing that flatters the body and highlights or reveals the baby bump. Dresses (tight-fitting or bohemian style, with lace, off-shoulder, emphasized neckline...), shirts and soft knits photograph beautifully. For a studio session you can also wear lingerie, a slip dress, or a robe. In general, I recommend solid-colored outfits:
- light colors (e.g., white, beige, grey) or
- pastel colors (e.g., yellow, pink, blue) or
- earthy tones (brown, burgundy, olive green).
If you wear multiple pieces (e.g., pants, top, cardigan), keep the color combinations to a maximum of three (within the tones mentioned). To avoid clothing taking attention away in the photo, it’s best to avoid:
- combining strong, vibrant colors,
- loud patterns,
- clothing with prints.
Your look can be beautifully complemented with jewelry, fashion accessories, and flowers in your hair. If your partner and children will join, it’s best for the whole family to wear coordinated colors.
4. How long does it take?
The duration depends on the chosen package, from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
5. When will I receive the photos?
I will send your photos within one week after the session. You will receive a larger selection to choose from, and you can select the number of photos included in your package. If you wish, you can also purchase additional photos.
6. In what format will I receive the photos?
You will receive the selected and edited photos in high-resolution digital format. On request, I can also provide printed photos, a photo book, and canvas prints.
7. What can I use the photos for?
You may use the photos for personal purposes — printing and sharing on social media (Facebook, Instagram,...). Use of the photos for promotional purposes is possible with my written consent.
PHOTO BOOK
Professional photographs look best in a photo book. I work with a renowned European manufacturer who ensures a premium final product. I offer two versions of a photo book, smaller books for gifting, and storage boxes. If you would like me to design your maternity photos in a photo book, let me know and I will provide you with the details.
PRINTED PHOTOS
Print your professional maternity photographs so they are safely stored in a photo album and always on display. I offer high-quality printed photos. You can choose between two types of photo paper (glossy or matte) and various sizes. Canvas prints are also available.
